Makanan ini bahkan mempunyai arti di balik namanya. Mendoan sendiri berarti memasak dengan minyak panas. Maka dapat diartikan bahwa belum matang sepenuhnya namun aman karena bahan dasar dari masakan ini adalah tempe dengan gizi tinggi. Rasa tempe mendoan sendiri sangat lezat, gurih dan renyah saat digigit. 

This food even have a meaning behind it. Mendoan itself means cooking by using hot cooking oil. Which may be said as unfully cooked but safe because the main ingredient of it is tempe with high calcium. The taste of tempe mendoan itself is very tasty, delicious and crunchy at the very first bite until the last bite.

Aquí alimentos incluso tener el significado détras de él. Mendoan sí significa cocinar usando caliente aceiete de cocina. Cual mayo decirse como no completamente concinar pero a salvo porque el ingrediente principal es tempe con alta de calcio. El sabor de tempe mendoan es muy sabroso, delicioso y crujiente en el primero bocado a último bocado. 

Nasi khas Pati ini memiliki rasa khas. Dengan kuah serta daging sapi yang diolah membuat santapan ini bahkan lebih nikmat saat dimakan. Nasi ini wajib dicoba karena Nasi ini telah menjadi salah satu hidangan yang terlezat di Jawa.

Rice served specially at Pati gave a special taste. Served with the soup and cow meat making an even better meal. This rice must be tried because it have became one of Jawa's most tasty foods.
